COMMUNITY ARTS

PIANOS FOR PEACE FESTIVAL

The Pianos for Peace Festival elevates communities and builds peace by displaying pianos painted by local artists in parks and public spaces throughout metro Atlanta for everyone to play and enjoy. We donate 50 colorful pianos to schools, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities that become permanent homes for our year-round community arts programing. The Pianos for Peace Festival is one of Atlanta’s largest annual public arts projects impacting 1.2 million+ Atlantans and visitors every year.
“This is spreading everyone’s different experiences across the city and it is very beneficial to our campus. I actually would really like this to stay here but I know it would be in a better place if it were in a nursing home or somewhere where people need it most. This has definitely been a great experience.”

“Art is nothing if you don’t reach every segment of the people.”
